The Little Cottage is the most recent project completed with my design partner Santiago (santiagopere.com). This project was a commission to build a playhouse for 3 year old girl. The design was based on traditional wooden cottages, so the material choice came from such. The total area of the house is 4’ x' 6’ and the base covers 6’ x 6’. The house is made of Western Red Cedar, pressure treated pine, PVC trim, and asphalt shingles finished with a clear coat of water resistant finish.
