FJORD CABINET

The Fjord Cabinet was designed after closely studying Scandinavian design, in specific the company &tradition. I focused on trying to embrace their aesthetic and produce a new piece of furniture that they did not sell, a liquor cabinet. I used cold rolled steel and coated it in black, while making the cabinet out of white oak, and lastly the upper level on the cabinet was made of ash, also stained in black revealing the grain texture.
